We designed a mobile application that fed from data on internal systems that can keep the patients up to date with their treatment. Meaning lower inbound information requests, and a quicker way for staff to contact patients with updates

Studying the internal reliance on specific people with the right skills/knowledge to progress cases, we were able to create a process that was heavily streamlined in approvals and sign-offs or treatment phases
